By booking a Focused Strategy Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Purpose of the Session

The Focused Strategy Session is a structured advisory session designed to provide professional guidance on academic pathways, application strategy, document positioning, funding options, visa considerations, or related study-abroad planning matters. Advice provided during the session is based on the information shared by the applicant and the consultant’s professional experience.

Client Responsibility

To ensure meaningful guidance, the applicant must provide accurate and complete information regarding their academic background, work experience, goals, and any relevant circumstances. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality or applicability of the advice provided.

Advisory Nature of the Session

The session provides professional direction, analysis, and recommendations. However, it does not constitute application representation, document writing services, or ongoing advisory support unless the applicant later enrolls in a structured mentorship program.

Scope of the Session

Each Focused Strategy Session is limited to the specific category selected during booking (Academic & Career Roadmap, Application Strategy, Document Review, or Visa / Funding Strategy). The session is designed to address a defined objective within the allocated time. Additional topics or extended advisory support may require booking additional sessions or enrolling in a structured mentorship program.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While the consultant will provide honest and informed guidance, Acumen does not guarantee admission offers, scholarship awards, visa approvals, or any specific outcome resulting from the advice provided during the session.

Information Validity

Guidance is based on information available at the time of the session, including current university requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa policies. These may change over time, and Acumen cannot be held responsible for policy or regulatory changes by universities or government authorities after the consultation.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the session will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing consultation. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law or internal operational purposes.

Professional Conduct

The session is conducted in a professional environment. Acumen reserves the right to discontinue a session if professional conduct is not maintained. In such cases, the session will be considered utilized.

Session Confirmation

Booking is confirmed only after payment is completed. By completing the payment process, the applicant confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
